It was also reported that the Health Ministry announced of the shortage of Pediatric Cardiac Surgeons in the public sectors. Apparently there is only six in the National Heart Institute and another 2 in other government hospitals who are less than experts. And there was this story where a 10A1 student being denied a scholarship to study medicine. Ironic.

Well, this is something which is not surprising for many people. In fact, this kind of attitude towards our country's own med graduates is gonna drive these people to other countries like Australia and U.K . Futhermore, which such a low pay grade in the public sector, who would want to work in general hospitals???

Look people, being a doctor should not be about money, this is what is wrong with Malaysian nowadays. Being a doctor should always be about saving life now and always, if you have any other thought in your head you have no business being a doctor in the first place. What a stupid thing, people nowadays cannot even get their fundamental right.

Who dun talk about money??? U dun want money? Our MPs supposed to take care of our rakyat but only take care of themselves. All the rakyat now grumbling about not enough money. Our fresh doctors are being bullied when doing housemanship. 20 hours of work per day. Their hourly rate lower than our garbage collectors.

Its not that the doctor are greedy for money. I believe most doctors are normal human beings with a heart. And for sure, they have needs and desires to me met. The salary in Malaysia is simply too low and most money are eaten by those government ministers.

People, people, please if you do not want to save life first but make money first, go do busness or go into politics, you can make a hell lots more there, why spend all those money, time and effort to be a doctor to start with ? Might as well give up the medical uni places to people who really have a passion for saving lifes first dont you think so ? DO YOU ALL KNOW WHY WE ARE BEING LABLE WITH THIS SO CALL THIRD CLASS MENTALITY ? THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS. PLEASE WAKE UP. WAKE UP.
