India abolished this law which was a colonial law introduced by British. Malaysia only use this law to jail Annuar. Other than that it was never invoked at all. In fact this draconian law which can be easily abused if in the wrong hands is against human rights as enshrined in UN charter. 1) Yes. Definitely! 2) No way!

Yeap it should abolished! We are living in the 21st century and what other people do is their rights as long as it is done between two consenting adults. Why should the goverment interfere. this is a private matter

I feel that as long as it does not cause any harm to anyone, it is perfectly all right for the two adults willing to have their own fun in their own way! I feel that it is actually quite sohai for the government to interfere this.
