Everytime we hear people talking about Africans most of the time it's nothing but trouble.
Doesn't matter what type of house we live in, whether its a small flat, an apartment or condo, once we all used to live peacefully in our neighbourhood living happily and tranquilly.
Until one African comes to rent a place at these homes, flocks after flocks of them will follow suit.
That is when all the troubles and complaints start, I won't bore you with the details but incidents told by the media about these Africans always came in too late to our ears.
We wouldn't mind if the landlord of these houses rent the units to any Tom, Dick or Harry since we all can still live like any other normal people.
Their way of speaking aloud has become a norm to us already. (You can hear them talking even you are a 100m away and at night the distance is further). But their quarrels and fights in the "privacy" of their rented homes still give us that jolt of shock!
The compound below these residential areas has become their territory, no local residents in their right mind would want to share the area with them.
What irritates us most is they like to stare at us whenever there are more than one of them. We are not cowards in our own country wanting to start an argument that's not worth fighting for, which could lead to further serious complications.
We can agree to say that their culture are still not maturedly civilised compared to any other 3rd world countries.
Ok, my point here is, the owners of these units are the real culprits! They couldn't be bothered even though they knew the Afrcans would be a nuisance in the neighbourhood.
For the sake of our people living and children growing safely in one community we really hope that the authoriies will imposed a ruling not to allow Africans to live among residential homes. Please don't wait for yet another bad incident to happen.
As for owners who still rent out their homes to Africans may be the Majlis Perbandaran could imposed certain penalties on them.
We thank you for your concern.
