
I have been a victim many times on Rapid KL buses when I opt to use my Touch N Go card to travel. One scenario is the first bus I board to travel to my destination will have a functioning machine while on the returning bus it is a different story,it either fails to detect my card or is not working at all. When I complain to the driver, they will ask me to buy another ticket, out of options I have to succumb to this day light robbery. I have even complained to Rapid KL so many times, but it continues to occur. One can only ponder how many of users are duped in a day and how much income is Rapid making out of this...
