I was attached to a realty company in Penang in 2004. On 26-3-05, a client from Hong Kong registered to purchas a Property Unit B2 Lot No 672, puchase price of 1.95 million Malaysian Ringgit. The client sighned a successful sale introduction on the Realty's Company form agreeing to pay disbursement fees. On 14-5-05, the Realty company suddenly terminated my service without any evidence or reason of the termination. I was stopped by the Realty company to follow through the process of above transaction and thus depriving me of my monetary reward for alot of work put into getting the property for the client. I cannot get recourse from assemblymen, The board of valuers, appraisers and Real estate agents. the Legal Bar Committee. I started a Industrial court case however it was struck off.
