Background The wife of the Deputy Prime Minister is Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor. She was born in 1951 on December 10 in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Semblian. Rosmah obtained her education at the Kolej Tunku Kurhiah in Seremban before futerheting her studies at University Malaya in Kuala Lumpur where she obtained her Bachelors in Arts (Honours) in Anthropology and Sociology. Three years after that, she went to America to further her postgraduate studies at the Lousiana State University where she finished her Master in Science in Sociology and Advance Agriculture. Social Responsibilities Apart from her status as the wife of the country’s number two leader, she holds various other positions in various organizations in the country. She is currently the Acting President of BAKTI, the Welfare Association of Minister’s Wives, she is the president of the Netball Association of Wilayah Persekutuan as well as a patron in other organizations like the Children in Hope Foundation, Puspanita Ministry of Defense, Heart to Heart Association of Malaysia, the Persatuan Warga Cinta Negara Malaysia and the Thalesemia Association of Malaysia. Datin Seri Rosmah is the second wife of the Deputy Prime Minister who was married to Tengku Puteri Zainah Tengku Eskandar for 11 years and 3 children, after which they divorced before Najib and Rosmah got married. While she usually keeps a pretty low profile apart from being seen in public events attended by the Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, Rosmah is no stranger to controversies. Some quarters in the country claims that she is in fact a very vocal person although at times her action refutes such claims. There were also some who has often times compared her to the current first lady Datin Seri Jeanne Abdullah and even Tun Dr Siti Hasmah the wife of former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and claims that Rosmah is not as humble as they are, which raised claims that she might impose an ‘iron lady’ impression if she becomes the first lady in future. But then again, all these are impressions and a lot of speculation. Perhaps the most controversial aspect of Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor is in the recent murder trial of Mongolian translator Altantuya Shaariibuu, a case that local blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin had earlier claimed to be related to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. In Raja Petra’s latest statutory declaration, he states that he has evidence to believe that there were 3 individuals present at the murder scene when the body of the murdered Mongolian was blown up using C4 explosives. Raja Petra claimed that 1 of the 3 individuals is Rosmah, which led to a public outcry and investigations. Rosmah has since denied all the allegations, claiming that she had not met Altantuya before and claims she is innocent and will not be suing Raja Petra for his allegations.

aku x puas hati kenapa polis cepat sgt buat tindakan ke atas DSAI seolah2 beliau telah dibuktikan bersalah sedangkan pertuduhan pun belum dikeluarkan lagi. Apa guna ade mahkamah kalau polis boleh menjatuhkan hukuman bersalah atau tidak pd seseorang.dah kena beli ker? mahkamah pun satu hal. kalau semua fakta pertuduhan relevan tapi ada kaitan dengan VIP pro gomen cepat2 reject. The look on your face tell me that you are not the one for first lady.Ladies with big face and pointed chin,high forehead and shining eyes are very cunning.Also you are not a likeable type.First lady must have good qualities like smiling face,good posture,good figure,humble,not wearing too much jewellery to show off,simple style,must be people friendly etc but I'm afraid you have non of these.Time you give up you ambition.sorry! may be in the next life when the good lord give you all these qualities.Adios. |

very simple la! Rosmah ni sampai terang2 dibacakan tuduhan di makamah pun tak berani mensaman Mr Raja Petra, tersirat disana Rosmah sitertuduh ada sesuatu yang nak disembunyikan dan untuk mengambil langkah berdiam telah terbukti bahawa tuduhan tersebut adalah benar. jika tidak mengapa tidak bertindak seperti DSAI (Dato Sri Anwar Ibrahim) untuk menjawab tuduhan di Makamah. Very simple right.... Rosmah and Najib is ada tahi di badan mereka YUKKKK berbau
