According to the mother, her daughter was abused by a domestic helper who ran away after the tragedy. However, police investigation revealed that the woman had never had a domestic helper all the while. Police sources revealed that the woman began her relationship with her Sudanese boyfriend several months ago. The accused entered Malaysia by using a student visa to further studies in a private college in the city. The 24-year-old Sudanese man spent roughly about a month only in the institution before moving in with the girlfriend in a condominium at Kajang. The man has been staying in the condo with the girlfriend and her daughter from previous marriage for some time. Since the mother is working during daytime, the accused would look after the victim. It was during these particular times that she was beaten, raped and sodomized. On October 12, when the mother returned home from work, she was surprised to find her daughter in coma. She then brought the little girl to Kajang Hospital but the child died from serious injuries on her head. The mother lodged a police report citing her ‘domestic helper’ had tortured her daughter. The autopsy suggests another story –injuries to the genitalia and anus suggest she could have been sodomized. Besides, the presence of old and new bruises on the victim’s body led the police to believe that she was abused. Police found evidence in their premise and subsequently, arrested the couple for further investigation. Both the suspects confessed to abusing the child that led to her death.

Cruelty is a passion to some people. In this case I would agree to show to all people of Malaysia and those muslims that that come under the Islamic law-----rapist should be stoned to death. I would totally agree that this case be done in public place (show case) to see. I have failed to reason out why so many bastards/animals like to rape their own daughters who are supposed to come under their protection. I wonder why did the Writer mentioned the nationality of the abuser cum killer, he should have investigated properly first, and i believe that since Malaysia is a tourist destination the country of such an alleged abuser shouldn't be mentioned because it will affect the Tourism image in Malaysia. the writer should have referred to the abuser by saying an African or a Foreigner.

I have been able to read all the comments and found out that most of them are racially motivated. No man is an island and no country in the world will survive without the other. Names have been called, suggestions have been made but none is talking about the main reason the article was posted for. That Malaysia is a fast developing country today is because of the help they get from Africa during their economic crisis Nigeria to be precise. More and more Malaysia teenagers around the age of 13 are having consensual sex. A total of 38 rape cases reported over the last 3 months in Pahang and such trend is alarming. The cases usually involve underaged girls. These young malaysian girl will hook on a stranger in public and followed him to have sex in a hotel. After that, these young girls will report rape. Last year there were 79 rape and 12 incest cases.

If other countries can respect our citizens throughout their in their country, why do not we? If you think that the people of our country is very good, answer my question then ... why the news about piracy, murder, fraud, etc. in our country this would be a major topic each day? (Read the local news - are local people who do not participate?) Do not deny that our people are also guilty of not less the same contempt with which it occurs outside the country. The more our country gain to develop, the more we are not able to escape from the fact that our country also experienced in various aspects of evolution. Foreigners is also one of the contributors to the evolution of the increasingly developing in this country, both in terms of benefits (which can be used as a resource in various aspects) or dangers as precautions to not make mistakes. The government should tighten the laws and conditions for those who wish to enter the country as students and employees. (As stated by the hangar - I also agree with this idea) For those who are not qualified, don't allowed to enter the country indiscriminately. Check the background of the person, we must not be greedy to accept those who are not qualified when our own people need more opportunity here. - I do not emphasize only to those who is Africans, but those from other Asian continent and also Europe, America and Oceania as well. (Just for a matter of precautions to our country) As parents, we should love, care, nurture our children with the best. (Give examples of good morals to our children) Even if we as single parent, hungry for sex desire as high as the devil thought ... don't even neglected responsibility and forget that s/he was the son/daughter of your own has become a material to release his savage desires. God made us this good-preferably with his understanding of the brain, why don't you use it! My contribution is that most people here are biased and most have commented out of their very own ignorant mind. Segregation and racism shouldn't play a role here cause the Sudanese and the Malay Muslim couple have been together for awhile and something must have happened to result to this... now what is it? Exactly the question i expect contributors here to be writing, instead of singling out people and countries. For most people here that have called Africans name, am sure none of you is better that an African and the fact is that they pose a threat to you because you see your not being capable in competing with them.

I heard about this case for the 1st time yday. I'm an African and I agree that those who did this should be punished to the full extent of your law, even death! Don't blame all Africans for whatever a few criminals you let in have committed. There are Malaysians in my country too and not all of them are good. Most of us here only came here to school and leave and you treat us like criminals calling us all kinds of names and then claim not to be racists. White people from Europe and America commit crimes here everyday but it gets no news coverage or no outrage but because we are black?!

I'm sorry for that poor girl, I'm sorry if any of the comments left on this blog insults you in your own country for being angry at a crime and I'm sorry that some of you only think of us as criminals. Fortunately I will soon finish my studies and leave but remember that one day you might be a visitor in another country and someone of your race will commit a crime and on that pray that you, innocent you, is not held responsible for the person's actions in a foreign land.

Although its a bit too late , i would like to comment on the replays i have been through up there. Some were really subjective and positive while others were totally upsetting and outrageous,the later can only show how ignorant and shallow minded some people can be , The ugliness of this crime can never be a matter of a debate as no reasonable human being can argue it wasnt such an ugly crime ,some people must have been emotionally driven when the posted their replays ,hence they can be excused,but when you really think about it , none of us can point fingers unless we were aware of all the facts related to the incident, and for those who are calling for the Africans to be shipped out of the country i would like to say believe me , it will prove more profitable and effective to your government to ship you and your likes outside the country because your type is the main obstacle in the development of this nation. report abuse
