Sebuah laman web yang didaftarkan atas nama Pahangdaily.blogspot.com melaporkan Saiful Bukhari Azlan sentiasa berhubung dengan pihak tertentu di Kementerian Pertahanan sebelum membuat laporan polis berhubung dengan dakwaan liwatnya.

Menurut blog itu, Saiful membuat sekurang-kurangnya enam panggilan ke Mindef sebelum laporan polis berkenaan dibuat pada Jun 2008.

Rekod panggilan tersebut turut mendedahkan Saiful berhubung secara langsung dengan pihak tertentu di Kementerian Pertahanan sejak Februari tahun lalu, iaitu sebulan sebelum beliau bekerja dengan Anwar Ibrahim, menurut blog itu.

Rekod panggilan itu turut mengesan Saiful sebagai berhubung dengan pihak tertentu di Mindef hampir setiap hari ketika beliau bekerja sebagai pembantu Anwar.

Ini menguatkan hujah bahawa ada tangan-tangan tersembunyi yang merencanakan ulangan konspirasi 1998 dalam satu lagi cubaan untuk menjatuhkan Anwar.

Rekod panggilan ke Mindef itu tentunya menimbulkan lebih banyak persoalan dan menguatkan teori konspirasi di peringkat tertinggi untuk menjatuhkan Anwar.

Blog Pahangdaily berkata Saiful tidak harus terlalu angkuh semata-mata kerana mempercayai beliau dilindungi oleh pihak-pihak tertentu.

“Kebenaran pasti akan terserlah jua nanti. Malah sumpah yang dipermainkan oleh Saiful juga banyak dilihat telah memakan dirinya sendiri dan menambahkan kekalutan kes ini,” ujar blog berkenaan.

The JUDGES are not interested to know whether there is any conspiracy to bring down Anwar. The JUDGES are only interested to find out whether Anwar's COCK did penetrated Saiful's ANUS.

Our JUDGES are not going to make ARBITRARY JUDGEMENT. All sorts of evidences will be displayed in the Court for the lawyers from both sides to debate and for the public to see.

Malaysia and Indonesia were same motherland(nusantara)which were under the same ruler in the olden days at one time or another. Sometime the ruling kindom is on this side of the land and at other time it was on the other side. In fact the sumatran peoples are ethnically closer to the Malays than to any other ethnic group in Indonesia. Southern Sumatera like Riau was under Johor Sultanate until the 18th century.

Indonesia and Malaysia are divided bcoz they were under different colonial power before gained independent.

To be Malays and bumiputras are birthrights. Meaning, if my wife give birth to a baby-son tomorrow, that son will be as MALAY as Malays living in the Malay kingdom of Langkasuka (2ndAD-5thAD), as MALAY as Malays in the Malay kingdom of Sriwijaya(5thAD-12thAD), and as MALAY as Malays in the Malay Sultanate of Malacca(14thAD-15thAD).

Despite that, I NEVER boost 'Ketuanan Melayu' or 'Ketuanan Malaysia'. It was you who came out with terms 'Ketuanan Melayu' and 'Ketuanan Malaysia'. Even the term 'Ketuanan Melayu' does not mean 'Malay Overlordship' as propogated by Lim Kit Siang, to stir up the HATRED of Chinese against Malays.

INDIGENOUS PEOPLE: Japan Officially Recognises Ainu

TOKYO, Jun 11 (IPS) - In a historic breakthrough Japan's Diet has unanimously passed a resolution pressing the government to recognise the Ainu as indigenous people.

"We are thrilled," said a tearful Tadashi Sato, director of the Ainu Cultural Centre in Hokkaido. "This is the first time the government has recognised us as indigenous people. We appreciate it."

The resolution calls on Japan to officially recognise them as a people with a unique culture and language and promote policies to address their problems.

There are about 200,000 Ainu living throughout Japan though most are on the northernmost island of Hokkaido. They were once thought of as the remnants of a Caucasoid group but this is yet to be proved.

"The next step is to make sure the government follows up on its promises," Sato told IPS. Chief Cabinet Secretary Nobutaka Machimura said the government would set up a panel of experts to study ways to bring back their dignity.

This is a significant step toward recognising that Japan is not a "pure single- race" society and that any such ideology can only be based on myth.

"It puts an end to years of false reporting to the United Nations by the Japanese government to the effect that ‘Japan has no minorities’ and therefore is not practicing discrimination," says Andrew Horvat, a professor at Tokyo Keizai University who has written on the topic. "In fact, the treatment of the Ainu over the past 150 years by the Japanese majority is no different from the sad history of aboriginal peoples in the U.S., Canada or Australia."

Yes, the orang asli were the first settlers but the Malays came down from somewhere in China not long after them. This group of Malay settled in the peninsula pemanently but some of them went further south to the Indonesians islands. So to say all Malays are originated from Indonesia is very very wrong. The Kedah Malay, Perak Malay,Kelantan Malay, Trengganu Malay and Pahang Malay are all pure Bumiputera. Only the Malays of Selangor,Negeri Sembilan and Johor are mixed blood of Malaysian and Indonesian.And thats too, their forefathers had came to Malaysia peninsula a few hundred years ago unlike our forfathers, the Sikh,Tamil and Chinese only set their foot on this soil less than hundred years before independant.
Hard for me to say all these as if I am against my own race but fact is fact and it cannot be denied.

Tengku Abdul Rahman, Hussein Onn, Mahathir, Nik Aziz, Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Syed Hussin, Syed Hamid are all MALAYsian even though they have Thais, Turkish, Tamils, Chinese, and Arab ties in thier family. They are now Malays, a native of MALAYsia.

I hope this will once and for all stick in your thick head and all the bloggers here who claim they are native MALAYSians too. Even if you still dont want to be a MALAYSian native, the federal constitution still provides for other native peoples of Chinese, Tamils, Malayalese, Gujaratese, Panjabis, Pashtuns, Bangalis, Baluchis, Thais, Karens, Champas and Moros origins to make MALAYsia their home too as long they behave themselves while they are here. They are the minorities.

Of course the Malays in Indonesia have no problem at all as they are all the natives of Nusantara Melayu.

Your understanding of this part of Malay Kingdoms history is ENTIRELY WRONG.

Parameswara NEVER stepped his foot on the Indian sub-continent. He was NEVER from India, and was NEVER Indian too. Meaning his blood was NEVER Indian blood.

You are a bit confused between being a Hindu and an Indian. Although most Indians are Hindus, not all Hindus are Indians. Infact most Malays were either Hindus or Buddhists BEFORE the coming of Islam to the Malay Archipelago.

Parameswara was a MALAY prince from Palembang in Sumatra. Palembang is located on the west cost of Sumatra, almost directly opposite Malacca, across the Malacca Straits.

Between 5th-12th century AD, Palembang was the 'epicentre' of one of the greatest Malay empires, the Malay/Hindu Kingdom of Sriwijaya. The Kingdom disintegrated towards the end of 12th century, when the Kingdom of Majapahit emerged as the next most powerful kingdom in the Malay Archipelago.

By then, the new Islamic Empire had expanded like 'wild fires' from Mecca/Medina in present day Saudi Arabia, overrunning the Persians(present day Iran), Afghanistan, and the whole of Indian sub-continent. Muslim sultanates were established all over the Indian sub-continent, with the rulers taking the title of SULTAN.

Parameswara crossed over to Tumasik(present day Singapore) and then Malacca towards the end of 14th century. He remained a Hindu until about 10 years after establishing the Malay Kingdom of Malacca, when he became Muslim upon marrying a Muslim Princess from the Malay Sultanate of Pasai(present day Acheh), and adopted new title, Sultan Iskandar Shah.

However, its good for Malaysians to understand that there are two categories of citizenship:
1. Automatic citizenship - they were the 'subjects' of the Malay kings before the formation of Persekutuan Tanah Melayu/Malaysia. All Malays, and their descendents, and Orang Asli, and their descendents, fall under this category.
2. Citizenship by naturalisation - they were the IMMIGRANTS who were accepted as citizens by the process of political decisions and laws, and their descendents.

Hang Tuah NEVER disappeared from the Malays and Malaysian history. It is all over in textbooks. And films related to Hang Tuah are being shown every now and then in our Government TVs.

And don't you know how SUCCESSFUL is the 'musical' Puteri Gunung Ledang, in which Hang Tuah is one of the main characters.

Its only in CHINESE IMAGINATION that the Government is a sort of 'eclipsing' the history of Hang Tuah.

And its in WILDEST Chinese imagination that Hang Tuah is Chinese.

I dont blame you for the confusion that you are facing in MALAYsia now. That is caused by the game of goepolitics played by the strong and powerfull White Colonialists.

They messed up the lives of all the people that they colonised using the strength of their gunboats.

Imagine the tiny country of Holland smaller in size than the State of Negeri Sembilan conquered 3/4 of Nusantara Melayu thousands of times bigger than Holland, which is Indonesia today.

England which is smaller in size than the Malay Peninsular took the other 1/4 of the Nusantara Melayu which is Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore today.

The other tiny state of Portugal, which is only 2/3 the size of the Malay Peninsular, that took Melaka before the English, went on to take 3/4 of the continent of South America which is Brazil now.

I never claim that I'm very rich. I just indicated that I've had enough(in term of money and business) to look after myself and my family, that I do NOT have to be a PAID BLOGGER.

No doubt, NEP/DEB has been instrumental in uplifting the economic standing of Malays, as it was intended to achieve. UMNO and PAS supporters represent over 90% of Malays.

When NEP was launched in 1971, the Malays(individuals and institutions) only owned 2.5% of all the nation's wealth, measured in terms of equity in the capital market. By 1990, Malay equity has increased to 19%, way short of 30% target.

Nevertheless, no one in their right frame of mind would say the NEP has failed. NEP has tremendously increased Malays equity and participation in the corporate sector, and more significantly has CREATED the new MALAY BUSINESS COMMUNITY, which were non-existent before.

To 'find fault' with NEP, the CHINESE RAKYAT claim that the NEP only benefit a small circle of what they call 'UMNOPUTRA'. This is UTTERLY rubbish, and meant to STIR UP the feelings of less fortunate Malays.

Despite the Malays fast catching up, the Chinese are developing their businesses UNHINDERED, and in our capitalistic economy, the rich gets richer. And now, more than 70% of TOP 100 richest person in Malaysia are CHINESE, about 20% MALAYS and 10% INDIANS.

Without the NEP, perhaps there will be NO MALAYS in the TOP 100.

To all CHINESE RAKYAT, stop having GRUDGE against Malays for whatever small provision allowed for them in our Constitution.

I've never come accross, in Malaysia, a Chinese whose name starts with HANG.

While HANG is a Malay word used by northerners to mean YOU.

I believe 'Hang Li Poh' has other name. Its common for Chinese to change name for different purposes. Just take the case of Chin Peng, guess what's his actual name.

HANG has been a popular STARTING of Malay names in Malacca before. And this PRINCESS from the GREAT CIVILISATION of China, was presented to the SULTAN OF MALACCA out of courtesy and respect. And out of courtesy and respect, she was given the Malay name HANG at the beginning of her name.

Apart from the HANG-factor, there is absolutely NO BASIS for CHINESE RAKYAT to imagine that Hang Tuah was Chinese. Hang Tuah was master of SILAT, not Kung Fu. His weapon was KERIS, not the Chinese Sword. And, his famous saying was 'Takkan Melayu Hilang Di Dunia'...

all peoples in this world came from Africa. Human first imigration was from Africa to Europe. Then some of them move eastward to China and Japan. Later on they move south to South East Asia and then to Australia and Pacific Islands.

If we take events happened tens of thousand years ago into account then all of us are imigrants. But thats not the issue at hand. We are dicussing about imigrants in modern time when movement of peoples to other countries need visa and passport.

What are the basis to assume that the Taiwan aborigins are Malay stock? The very least, how many percent of their language contains words of Bahasa Melayu. Its FLIMSY to assume that they are of Malay stock just because the name 'Jarai' does not sound like Chinese, therefore has to be Malay?

Why do not they come out with a theory that the Malays originated from the Himalayas, as it sounds like Malaya. Or...from Java, as there is a place in Java called Klaten, which sounds like Kelantan.

Better still, why do not they theorise that Malays originated from South Africa or Madagascar, where there are Malays there who speak Bahasa Melayu like us????

now its confirmed you are very ignorant not only about history but about things happening around your waist. What I wrote about the brain sucker was not about the Hongkong chinese but malaysian chinese. One restaurant in my hometown was ordered to close down bcoz of such brutally inhuman activity.

Using big straw they suck the poor animal brain to their mouth without feeling even a bit of mercy for that poor animal.
