It was some error number and was ask to contact admin, since I've got this respond, i retry and it looks graet doesn't it ? Thanks my avatar is now up

Sorry to keep troubling you. Why is the Picture of my Avatar not the same when it appear along side my comment ? The top picture is the one I uploaded. The one that appear alongside my full name and all, which I believe only I can see right ?
