The rulers must make a real change:

1. Removed those laws that are injustice to all Malaysia.
2. Create a new law that states: ALL Malaysian are borne EQUAL.
3. Open door policy to welcome new Professional who will create jobs and pay taxes.
4. Create an environment for ALL MAlaysian to compete NOT waiting for handout like the most Malay. I can't include those Malay who are hard worker.
5. Remove corruption. Create a National Database to track corrupted officers so that they will never find another job in the Govt.
6. Encourage Foreign country to invest in Malaysia.
7. Build more school and higher learning University.

Transparent (open to public)

1) All goverment tender projects must be Transparent
2) Goverment Spending accounts all must be Transparent
3) Income of Minister all must ve Transparent
4) All Civil Servant Account must be regulary check especially Police/Fireman/Army personnel to ensure fairness and Anti-corrouption
5) Greatly reduce no. of Govement Servant and make way to automated system (save the money to give more to those effective/efficiency ones / no need say govment servant salary low)
6) Unify Higher Education system (systematically reduce to few UNI in each state and very very stricht licency for college) and bring open competeness....
(ALL race whom distinguish themself earn a place for higher learning not by qouta) these will higher its overall standard.
7)Systematically build up Public Transport.. build LRT in big cities...more bus stop and upgrade the bus quality. something like singapore bus system use easy-link. KL got but do u think it really that easy ??
8) Plan out development area ... Control the no. of houses/shop to be build
most of the country shop or houses are over build.. many left vacant.. centralize it and carefull plan no just simply give license.

I concurred....but, will this going to happen? I doubt it.

If the country wants to advance further

- Change the education system from primary to the tertiary education. It needs an overhaul. The current system is biased to certain groups, the implementation is weak and corruption in the education sector is in a worrying state.
