I think this has something to do with the biological things, just like gay or lesbian, they have no choice. As long as they do nothing harmful to others, nothing is wrong.

Incest is discouraged in almost every culture. The taboos on incest however are probably practiced due to learning and not nurture. From a biological standpoint problems that arise from inbreeding are subject to natural selection. A genetic defect is less likely to be passed on. Only in the human animal is incest not supposed to be practiced.

* reduced fertility both in litter size and sperm viability
* increased genetic disorders

* smaller adult size
* loss of immune system function.



I do not see how incest benefit anyone except for the emotional & sexual fulfillment of two closely related individuals just like homosexuality. But the damage that ensues is irreparable. The biggest injury is to the parents and society.

Even as a 19-year-old guy, I am not new-fashioned enough to accept incest. I feel very disgusted when I read the articles and cant afford to finish reading the articles. Well, I am strongly against homosexual marriage as well. The process of legalising all these will make it very acceptable in society. I mean we cant punish those who are gay or lesbian but we should not encourge it. We should discourage it by not legalising it and let them know that it is against the natural laws, thus minimising such abnormalities.

To incest, I will say NO NO NO NO!

now after reading the article, I wont encourage but I wont despice the girl if i know her in real life. Its allright for her to have an incest relationship with her brother as long as it does not cause harm to anyone. The most important thing for her is to be able to behave normally so tat everyone feels comfortable being with her.
