Projects will be reviewed when Pakatan comes into power - Anwar PDF Print E-mail

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said that if the Pakatan Rakyat comes to power, all the mega projects will be reviewed to see if they are necessary and if not will be scrapped. The projects he mentioned include the RM15.2 billion high-speed broadband project, double tracking and undersea cable project while those that benefits the people will continue. He said “The people have been suffering from the fuel price increase and yet the Barisan Government still wants to go ahead with mega projects. The Government has lost its sense of priority because a caring government should first look into the welfare of the people,”

Actuslly we do not need anymore mega projects for now.
All we need now is the fuel price, electricity and others to be lower to keep every malaysian stable before the next world economy crisis or recession to come.
Since tenaga is making money, why does they need to hike up the rates ?
For more curruption ?

the bn assholes won't earn a cent by looking after the rakyats' welfare.
they can earn billions in commission with Mega Projects.
that is why their priority is still the mega projects.
they are the Bank Negara mah.

mega projects is ok.. just make sure its open tender to the public so that the untung actually goes to us, without any going into corruption.

that will then help the public solve the financial problems. Enough with corruption. We put up with it for far too long

More mega projects means more money in the pocket. It's as simple as that.

We really got lots of blood sucker politician in BN. Suck the rakyat dry and when there is opposition that flaged all this up they will start their old tricks again - social manipulation.

There is so many small things in this country to be done rather than mega projects and flying to the moon.
1 ) drainage , Rivers
2) Hospitals
3) Elders
4) Poor
5) Abandon children
and much more.
If we can conquer these problems, Im sure our country has no limits to go forward.

Yes, I really support Anwar because he has the vision to bring change to this country. Morgan stanley report that graft or corruption cost M'sia rm 300 + billions over last 20 years.

If Anwar don't stop them now they would drain the nation dry.
That is why they are doing everything they can from every angle, to tarnish him.

Hope all the awakened people in BN, MCA,MIC and Gerakan will help Anwar form the new govt. for the nation's sake, because if he looses we all will loose a chance for a bright future.

Do you want to see your children's future destroyed by an elite den of robbers ??? Please wake up and defend our nation from being pillaged and plundered.

Malaysia Boleh!

Every responsible citizen of this country should back Anwar to be our future leader to really bring hope to this country before it is too late. Corruption is so rampant everywhere and some are not even uncovered.

If allowed to carry on unabated very soon we and our children will be slaves to other better well managed economies.

I support Anwar and hope he will bring badly needed reform to this nation.

May God bless Anwar & Co their endeavours.

I agreed with Upset. Many things need to be set right in order for this country to move forward and for us to achieve developed country status. If DSAI also fail in this, I'll need to arrange my next generation future in other country.

What a heartache to see our blessed country to go to waste in the hands of a few 'rotten to the core' and 'no foresight' people.
